Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is known as a “laying on of hands” (light touch, or hovering ) and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If your “life force energy” is low, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, you are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Sounds a little out there? Woo, woo perhaps? Maybe so, but somehow, it works! Energy is real! You can’t see it, but in fact it is all around us. And within us. If you are open and willing, and trust in the bodies innate ability to heal, things open up for you.

REIKI TRAININGS

Reiki Level One:

Learn about this ancient healing technique, it’s history and meaning. Learn the Reiki hand positions for self and others; two guided imagery meditations; personal reflections & group sharing; two energy attunements. Reiki 1 manual and journal and certificate of completion.

Building on what we learned in Reiki One, in this class we will learn three powerful Reiki symbols to assist in amplifying the
Reiki energy; learn to work with your inner child in healing the past; learn distance healing techniques; two guided imagery meditations; personal reflections & group sharing; two energy attunements; Reiki 1 manual and second degree certificate.

Reiki Level Three:

In this class, we learn the master Reiki symbol as well as other powerful symbols to further enhance the energy work.
Personal reflections and group sharing as we continue to practice and build our “light” bodies; Master practitioner certificate.
